Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 3, 2026 · Island Domino Club (Domino Hub — Club's Edition / Caribbean Domino Classic Records)
This Privacy Policy explains how Island Domino Club (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our web app at islanddomino.com and our companion mobile app (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
1. Who we are
Island Domino Club provides multi-tenant club management software for domino leagues and social clubs. Each club operates as an independent, isolated workspace with its own members, guests, recorded sets, leaderboards, seasons, tournaments, attendance records, announcements, and finances. We act as the platform operator that hosts and maintains this software on behalf of the clubs and members who use it.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: your name, email address, gender (optional), profile photo and backdrop image (optional), and your membership role within a club (admin, co-admin, or member).
- Authentication data: we use Sign in with Replit, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. We store a login record linked to your chosen provider and a session identifier. We never receive or store your provider password.
- Club activity you create: match (set) scores and outcomes, automatic and manual awards (Drop Love, Taken Love, Best at 5, 2 Boys), attendance status, seasons and standings, tournament brackets and placements, team rosters and badges, announcements, inter-club challenges, and finance entries such as ad-hoc collections.
- Statistics derived from activity: leaderboard rankings, personal stats, win/loss streaks, head-to-head records, partnerships, and monthly performance trends that the Service calculates from the data above.
- Subscription data: if your club purchases a membership plan, payment is processed by Apple or Google and reconciled through RevenueCat. We receive your subscription status, plan/tier identifiers, and renewal dates — not your full payment card number.
- Device & technical data: push-notification tokens (if you enable notifications), and standard diagnostic and log data needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- operate core club features — recording and approving sets, leaderboards, seasons, tournaments, attendance, challenges, finances, and awards;
- authenticate you and keep your account and session secure;
- calculate statistics, rankings, streaks, and trophy/badge progress;
- send club-related notifications you have opted into (for example hot-streak alerts or inactivity reminders);
- process and reconcile subscriptions and enforce plan limits;
- maintain reliability, prevent abuse, debug issues, and improve the Service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your club data for advertising.
4. How your data is shared within a club
The Service is multi-tenant: every club's data is logically isolated and scoped to that club. Information you enter is visible to other members and administrators of your club according to their role, but is not visible to other clubs. The one exception is inter-club challenges, where the clubs involved can see the challenge details, participating teams, and results they have mutually agreed to share.
5. Service providers
We share limited data with trusted providers who help us run the Service, only as needed to deliver it and under agreements that restrict their use of the data:
- Hosting & database — to run the application and store club data securely.
- Authentication providers — Replit, Google, and Apple for sign-in.
- Payments — Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat for subscriptions.
- Email — to deliver support and account-related messages.
6. Legal bases for processing
Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires it, we process your data on the basis of: performance of our agreement with you to provide the Service; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Service; your consent (for example for optional push notifications); and compliance with legal obligations.
7. Retention & deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account and club membership are active, or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You may delete your in-app account at any time from More → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, recorded sets, awards, and related personal records from our database. Some records that are part of another member's history or a club's aggregate results may persist in anonymized or de-identified form. Your sign-in provider account (Replit, Google, or Apple) is separate — see our account deletion guide.
8. Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can update your profile and photo, leave a club, disable push notifications in your device settings, and revoke app access from your sign-in provider. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Security
We protect your data using HTTPS encryption in transit, role-based access controls, per-club data isolation, and industry-standard hosting practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password with your sign-in provider and keep your device secure.
10. International data transfers
Our hosting and service providers may process and store data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect your information when it is transferred across borders.
11. Children
The Service is intended for club members and administrators. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
