Email our support team and include your club name, the email you sign in with, and a short description of the issue (a screenshot helps). We typically respond within 2–3 business days.

Getting started

  1. Sign in with Replit, Google, or Apple.
  2. Create a club (you become its admin and a little demo data is added so you can explore), or join an existing club using its join code.
  3. Add your members and guests, then start recording sets.
  4. Explore leaderboards, seasons, tournaments, attendance, and more — all scoped privately to your club.

Subscriptions & billing

Membership plans are purchased and billed through the App Store or Google Play. Manage, upgrade, or cancel a subscription in your store's subscription settings. To move a purchase to a new device, use Restore purchases on the membership screen when it's enabled. Plan limits (such as the maximum number of members) are enforced by your club's admin in the app. For billing questions specific to a charge, contact Apple or Google; for anything else, email us.

Delete your account

In the app: More → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, sets, awards, and related records. For full steps, including how to disconnect Replit sign-in, see our account deletion guide.
